A Lead Teacher teaches the lessons, leads the class, manages the schedule, checks students for understanding/mastery, communicates with leadership regarding students progress and/or any supply needs or scheduling needs. 

An Assistant Teacher would be managing students to reduce distractions, helping the Lead teacher with some teaching if in a multi-level group, supervising snacks, lunch, and/or recess, and leading a lesson if the Lead Teacher is absent. 

Administrative roles include daily/weekly cleaning, organizing, bookkeeping, field trip and seasonal party planning, supply gathering.
