ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Steps To Enroll

1:

Print 2 Files:

1st:  Handbook  and 2nd: Checklist/Enrollment Forms  (updated August 2021)

A) Read Handbook

B) Fill out, initial, sign forms.

C) Forms can be mailed, scanned, or brought in person.

2:

Choose your program and see costs & commitment:

3:

AFTER VISITING LIFT AND FILLING OUT FORMS:

A) Join WIX to receive LIFT announcements

B) Turn Your Notifications ON for the app

This is mandatory and must be set up prior to attending LIFT - if you need help with the process, just let us know . 

You will need to complete steps 1 & 2 prior to joining as we can only approve enrolled families.

4:

FINAL STEP:

Schedule Annual Account Setup Appointment 

to Finalize Enrollment

Tuition and Fees are due upon Enrollment according to Handbook.
